KU Senior is Perfect in 103-Year A Honor Roll
William D. Homer a Paola senior majoring in mathematics at Kansas University became the eighth straight A graduate in the university's 103 year history. The Summerfield Scholar in the Honors Program Homer with about 50 math hours plans graduate study and a PhD. He won the Paul B. Lawson Award for top senior in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Four Lawrence youths arrested for curfew violation at Bungalo Laundromat
A 15 year old and three companions aged 12 13 and 16 were found hiding as a police patrol stopped near Bungalo Laundromat at 3 50 a m Sunday and were released to their parents after juvenile authorities authorized it. No charges filed. Police also report indecent exposure three thefts and a rock tossing incident. A man exposed himself to a 10 year old girl in the 1900 block of Clare Road. Losses include a boat motor 300 dollars a car window 90 dollars and sails for a 14 foot boat 150 dollars. A car stolen from Vernon Mattson 418 W 17th St was recovered at Hillcrest Shopping Center lot.

Bonds Opening Slated Tuesday in Lawrence
