Norma Lee Akins died July 26 2011 at age 64 in Kansas City Missouri Funeral services were held July 29 at Rumsey Yost Funeral Home with visitation from noon to 8 pm the day before Friends gathered at Brookwood Mobile Trailer Park Community Center She was born January 30 1947 in Macomb Illinois to Howard Elston and Violet Carter The family moved to Lawrence Kansas in 1962 She later lived in Kansas City MO with husband Orville Cameron Survivors include two daughters Tammy Archuleta and Nancy Kelch three grandchildren three sisters and three brothers She was preceded in death by her parents a brother and a stepbrother Funeral home online condolences at rumsey yost.com.

Virginia Imogene Brubaker, 93, of Garnett, died Tuesday July 26, 2001 at Anderson County Hospital. Services are 9 a.m. Saturday at Old German Baptist Brethren Church with burial in Bethel Cemetery.
