Kansas confirms cyber hack affected 16 states and costs
Kansas officials testified that a March 14 hack on AJLATS affected 16 states with 260000 victims emailed. The state paid 175000 to a law firm and 60000 to an IT firm for services while private companies aided victims and IT support.
