Eugene H Beck Dead at Veterans Hospital
Eugene H Beck aged 33, a University of Tulsa law graduate and former attorney, died Saturday at the Veterans' Hospital in Kansas City after a long illness with heart trouble and rheumatism. He was born near Ponca City Oklahoma in 1894, grew up in Winfield, served as an aide-de-camp in World War I, practiced law briefly, and later worked for Portland Cement at Trenton Missouri. He is survived by his wife Mrs Tennyson Watts Beck, two sisters, his father J Frank Beck, and a brother Harley. Burial will be in Winfield. Funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.
