Cemetery policy curbs cyclists at Crown Hill
Crown Hill Cemetery in Indianapolis issued rules for cyclists after incidents at the 25 mile paved road complex. Riders are barred on one side of the hill near the grave of poet James Whitcomb Riley, limited to 24 mph, and the cemetery closes to cyclists on Veterans and Memorial Days to protect mourners and ensure safety.
