W F M S meeting notes and local social updates
The W F M S met at the church on Wednesday July 14 with a routine business meeting, social hour, and refreshments. The program included songs by a quartet, a devotional led by Mrs Bert Day, a paper on Home Ergonomics by Mrs John Irvin, and a general discussion. Numerous names appear in attendance and it notes visits, travels to Potwin Kansas, workplace changes, and various social calls. The passage closes with a reflection on religious liberty and a dog in the manger metaphor.
