Trial Ordered In Mistreatment Allegation Case
A man who spoke in a videotaped interview claimed he had not been doing it long and described mistreatment by his older brother at age 11. He cited a 1996 recovery program for sex offenders after a conviction and said the teacher allowed him to graduate. Judge Martin ruled the evidence met the legal definition of sexual penetration for a reported incident, as the man faces one count of reported incident and multiple counts of aggravated liberties and exploitation of a child. Defense counsel will file a brief within three weeks.
