County Commission agrees on 2018 budget plan

Grease Dump Contaminates City Water Near Monterey Way

Thousands of gallons of used cooking grease were illegally dumped into a city manhole near West Sixth Street and Monterey Way causing water contamination. City stormwater engineer Matt Bond called it an unprecedented dump and said the responsible business remains unknown.
