Douglas County commissioners will discuss contract changes for the South Lawrence Trafficway. John Pasley says the plan to build an interchange bridge over U.S. 59 should begin in about two months and may remove a 1,200 foot road extension. A fee increase for the trail design firm is proposed, with 80 percent funded by the state.
