Eric Brown scattered six hits and the Lawrence Raiders blanked Willard Missouri 5-0 in five innings at the Enid Fourth of July Invitational. Brown improved to 2-0 with two strikeouts as the Raiders used five errors by Willard and three double plays behind him. Rob Scott had two hits for Lawrence, and Troy Wingert, Josh Swenson, and Matt Berner each drove in a run. The Raiders, 16-9, face Arkansas City at 10 a.m. and Arlington, Texas, at 2 p.m. today.
