Heartland merger expands access to care in Lawrence
Leaders at Heartland and Health Care Access agreed to merge to broaden services for uninsured and insured patients. The infusion of private plan patients aims to raise access to primary care, behavioral health, dental, psychiatric and physical therapy while preserving low sliding scale costs and wiping previous balances.
