Reconstruction delays on Kasold between Clinton Parkway and 31st Street reduce Lawrence Kasold to one lane each direction during weekdays 7 am to 5 30 pm. Other projects include Douglas County Road 9 bridge work, East 1950 Road culvert replacement, U S 59 frontage road construction, and the Mud Creek Bridge deck paving with a temporary signal. A 58-year-old Lawrence woman was found dead Saturday morning inside a dark blue late-model Ford Bronco in the alley behind Tennessee Street. Police saw no signs of foul play, an autopsy will determine cause. emergency dispatchers received the call about 8:20 a.m. The vehicle was towed around 12:30 p.m. as officers secured the scene. no further details were released.
