Vitus Hadl of Lecompton died Thursday evening at his country home from a heart attack. He was 67 and a retired farmer, lifelong Douglas County resident. Police found 12 year old Bruce A Liss shivering under a South Side porch in pajamas with an eight inch chain on his ankles.
