Budget cuts and additions proposed for state colleges
The Senate committee proposes a total regents budget of 51.643 million versus Docking's 50.184 million and the current 48.1 million. No changes to 1961 deaf and blind school budgets, but a 14 thousand dollar appropriation for fire escapes at the School for the Deaf. General revenue would fund 28.643 million of the plan with the rest from institution fees.
