REPORT THREE WRECKS IN THE COUNTY
Three wrecks occurred in the county yesterday night and this morning. A stolen car was involved at Six Corners where one occupant fled and was captured later by Leavenworth deputies. The vehicle had been taken from Central Motors Nash in Kansas City. A second crash on Highway 50 east of Baldwin Junction damaged two vehicles costing 600 to 700 dollars. The third crash on Highway 60 near Worden involved a car, cattle, and a second vehicle. two cattle died, one horse suffered a broken leg, and Mrs Gladstone was slightly injured. Total damages around 1500 dollars.
