Caldwell attorney named to Kansas Court of Appeals
ToreKa Lee Alan Johnson of Caldwell Kansas was appointed by Gov. Bill Graves to the state Court of Appeals filling the vacancy created by Chief Judge J Patrick Brazil retirement. Johnson 53 has been in Caldwell since 1980 and former Caldwell mayor between 1976 and 77. He will transition from private practice to appellate writing and research.
