LHS Students Raise Record $1 824 For Dimes And Funds
Lawrence High students collected a record 1824.60 for the March of Dimes and United Fund led by Mrs Barbara Maxwell s 61 girl physical education class. Sophomore girls led by Pam Morgenstern donated 12 82 first round and boosted totals with a five minute free for all. The drive will be shared equally between the two charities. Since 1951 52 assemblies began the school has raised 10 267 36 for charities.
