Fairgrounds plan threatens local youth baseball fields
The Douglas County Amateur Baseball Assn warns a proposed 41,250-square-foot metal building at the Douglas County 4-H Fairgrounds could displace about 180 players aged 11 and 12 by taking out the upper ballfield. County officials note relocation may be possible with costs estimated at $40,000, while DCABA and city youth sports leaders stress the value of field access for hundreds of players and crowded facilities.

Also on agenda is an easement and maintenance obligation for a driveway at 2704 Century Dr for Join and Michelle Crawford.
