Public comments extended on K-10 toll expressway plan
Kansas Department of Transportation extended the public comment period through today on a study of K-10 between Lawrence and Johnson County. Proposals include widening the four lane highway to six and adding tolled express lanes while keeping the existing lanes toll free. A Panasonic plant in De Soto accelerates traffic growth, and a virtual meeting is available at k10.ksdot.gov for residents to comment.
