Brandon Woods seeks dismissal of lawsuit
Brandon Woods seeks dismissal of a lawsuit filed by the family of Jean Allen, a former resident alleging a nursing aide sexually assaulted her at the retirement center on Oct. 20, 2010, and that staff hid details from authorities and medical personnel. Allen died Nov. 26, 2010. The center denies the claims and argues the suit misstates facts and fails to show a viable cause of action.
