Oklahoma City bombing conspirator denied new trial
Federal Judge Richard Matsch denied Terry Nichols a new trial arguing jurors could not determine if he knew the attack would be deadly. The ruling kept intact Nichols 45 conviction for conspiracy and involuntary manslaughter in the April 19 1995 Murrah Building bombing that killed 168 and wounded over 500.
