Electric Shock Kills Kansas Color Press Employee
Raymond H. Boettger, 34, of Lawrence, a pressman at Kansas Color Press, died after his chest shorted an offset press. Officials ruled the death accidental. funeral services are planned in Warren Mortuary Chapel with graveside rites in Anadarko, Oklahoma. Survivors include his widow Wanda, a son Timothy, and his listed relatives.

A kitchen light fixture fire at the Holiday Inn on 23rd and Iowa caused a run by the Lawrence fire department at 10 14 p m Wednesday. Damage stayed in the fixture. A false alarm at 1 46 a m today sent units to the Gatehouse Apartments at 2124 W 26th St. Two fire units responded to each call.
