Problems in U S air attacks on Iraq reveal targeting gaps

A Defense Department draft report commissioned by Congress shows failures to communicate targeting restrictions to tactical air units caused heavier damage to Iraq's civilian electrical plants than planned. KU report urges possible dissolution of computer science department

A confidential KU study from Illinois and Colorado consultants recommends options to resolve faculty disputes and deficiencies in the computer science department.
