Louis Lee Williams of Ottawa pleaded guilty in District Court to first degree manslaughter for the hit-and-run deaths of Mr. and Mrs. John Tamasi on Highway U S 59. Williams will be sentenced February 24. The couple were killed when their motorcycle was struck from behind just before 1 a m North of the city limits. Williams stopped, removed the cycle, and fled toward Ottawa before being arrested. witnesses identified him.
