Robert L. Seamans, 67, of 1830 Barker Ave., died this morning at Lawrence Memorial Hospital after a short illness. A retired Lawrence Paper Co. employee of 40 years, he moved to Lawrence after World War I service. He was a Mason and a member of the Masonic Lodge. Born September 1891 in Riley County, he is survived by his wife Julia, one son David Seamans of Pullman Wash, one sister Edith Peterson of Port Voca Tex, and one grandson. Funeral services were announced later by Cooper-Warren Mortuary.
