Retired scientist turns cigar boxes into guitars at KU tennis class
Scott Weir of Topeka swaps his racket for a modified electric guitar in a class led by KU. The session featured coffee, cinnamon rolls, and a visit from KU coach Todd Chapman. Anderson, a 61 year tennis life participant, says the sport helps retirees maintain identity as the program expands with a fourth coach and fourth court.
