Shotgun blast injures Wilson plant worker
A 47 year old worker Edward Williams a Negro and butcher at the Wilson and Co packing plant was shot with a shotgun in his backyard early today. 25 pellets struck him but his condition was not critical. Williams joined Local 20 of the United Packinghouse Workers of America during the strike last October and returned to work about a month ago.
