Wheaton Illinois, AP. Thomas Fitzgerald 53 a McDonald Drive In executive died after being pursued in a bumper tag incident on a country road. His wife Kathryn stopped the car at a farmhouse where he was pronounced dead. Deputy coroner James Clark said authorities were asked to seize the motorist who chased the Fitzgerald vehicle.

Chester Spray, 42, of Route 1, was listed in good condition after a Monday two car crash south of McLouth. He suffered a broken right leg as the driver of the car that hit an auto driven by Douglas Degair, 19, a Kansas University student from Westmoreland, who was cut on the head. Degair was treated at Watkins Memorial Hospital at KU.

Fire at Dr Kennedy’s office causes minor damage
