Mason stays at Kansas after short U turn
Mason announced before the Aloha Bowl he will remain at Kansas instead of moving to Georgia. KU committee member Donald Steeples and Todd Sutherland, a Lawrence banker, expressed relief and hailed the decision as a positive for the Jayhawks and recruiting. Steeples compared Mason's move to a past coaching pivot and noted fan reaction should stay upbeat.
