U S congressmen seek more remains from Hanoi
Four members of the House Select Committee on Missing Persons in Southeast Asia, led by Rep. G W Montgomery, report Hanoi may turn over additional American remains. The delegation, aided by a U N official, received three caskets in a low key ceremony and sent them to Camp Samae San for processing before flight to the United States.

Wichita oilman's son found dead
James W. Hershberger, 21, son of Wichita oilman Jim Hershberger, was found dead Saturday night in an east Wichita motel. Deputy coroner said the death appeared due to an accidental drug overdose. Autopsy results pending. He studied at Mission Valley Community College in California and was home on Christmas vacation. Services set for Tuesday at Blessed Sacrament Church.

Kansas AG sues St. Louis firm over fireworks sales
Atty. Gen. Curt Schneider said his office filed a Shawnee County suit against American Display Corp alleging false and deceptive trade practices in selling fireworks to Kansas residents. The suit claims prior to last July 4 the firm used direct mail to solicit prepaid orders and seeks a permanent ban and $2,000 per alleged violation.
