In Philadelphia a 30 year old woman Evelyn Newman and her 34 year old boarder Felix Horner were charged in the murder of her husband Donald Newman 36 whose body was found in the basement. Police say Donald was shot in the bedroom late Monday night or early Tuesday. The couple’s three children slept nearby as the events unfolded.
