Developers led by Doug Compton and Mike Treanor propose changes to a hotel project on New Hampshire Street. The building facing New Hampshire would drop from 79 to 74 feet, with six stories reduced parapet, and the eastern edge near Rhode Island Street would fall from five to four stories, cutting height from 69 to 52 feet.
