In Vienna Virginia a 16 year old, Arthur G. Hilley of Temple Hills Maryland, sustained critical third degree burns over most of his body when a gasoline can exploded after he siphoned fuel and ignited it with a match. Witnesses and two Vienna police officers helped smother the flames and rush him to Fairfax Hospital.
