Santa Truck Kills Lovington Boy in Parade
In Lovington New Mexico a 77 year old boy Tom Frank Hamilton died after being run over by a fire truck carrying Santa Claus during the Lovington Christmas parade. The vehicle, driven by Fire Chief Rusty Woodward, reportedly rolled forward as children surged for candy, and hospital officials said the boy was crushed beneath a wheel and died minutes later.
