Powerball winners claim 294.8 million jackpot in Delaware
Dover winners Kathleen Kearney a first grade teacher and her brother Michael J. Kearney from Pittsburgh area share 73.7 million after matching Powerball numbers. Each will get 41.4 million pre tax in lump sum. They join three other winners from Kentucky Minnesota and Maine announced earlier.
