Picnic and social visits across several towns
A long list of weekend activities and visits is recorded. Families from Deichman's Grove to Baldwin, Brown's Grove, Lawrence, and Kansas City shared picnics and gatherings. Many residents, including the Rapier, Stadler, Gerstenberger, Daniels, and Williams families, traveled for Sunday meals, school picnics, dental visits, and social calls with relatives and neighbors.
