Patrick O Neek Walker, 23, of Lawrence, faces aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary charges for a July 16 incident on Graystone Drive. A 42 year old woman was at her door when a man with a small silver revolver demanded money, taking $100, then fled. Walker was arrested on a warrant and booked into Douglas County Jail. Missouri deputies probe home of suspect in drug killings
Neighbors say the 33-year-old Drexel man Michael Lee Shaver Jr. burned the bodies of seven drug dealers lured to his rural home and dismembered them. He faces first-degree murder charges as 80 officers scour a 3 to 5 acre property for bone fragments, with authorities expecting about 1,000 pieces. Shaver’s mother Shirley Bryson, free on bond, also lived there amid a web of prior criminal cases and related charges in Kansas and Missouri.
