Rural Water District No. 1 will open bids at 8 p.m. Wednesday in Kanwaka Hall for a 22 mile network west of Lawrence. Youth Robs Temple Bank Then Is Captured Minutes Later

In Temple Georgia a 15 year old, Kenneth Ray Liner, the son of a textile worker, robbed the Bank of Temple of 5167 and was taken into custody within ten minutes. FBI agent James E. McMahon said Liner faced a federal bank robbery charge.
