San Francisco Aug 20 A prosecutor vows to retry the sterilization case of heiress Ann Cooper Hewitt after two doctors were freed on mayhem conspiracy charges. Assistant District Attorney August Fournier plans to appeal and push extradition of Mrs Maryon Cooper Hewitt from New Jersey, while the Hewitts attorney seeks detainer dismissal. Oregon and Washington trappers report coyotes now bearing larger litters than before.
