Fatal head on collision on K-10 near Lenexa

A head on crash on K-10 west of I-435 in Lenexa killed at least one person and left officials awaiting family notification. The incident occurred around 1:45 a.m. with a vehicle driving the wrong way in the westbound lanes. No additional details were released by the Kansas Highway Patrol by Saturday evening.
