Typhoon Olive weakened to a tropical storm and moved north over the Sea of Japan after killing at least 78 people in western Japan and eastern Korea. One Car Crash Injures Two in North Second Underpass
Irene Townsend 21 and her son J Nathan 18 months were injured in a one vehicle wreck at 11 32 a m today on North Second at the railroad underpass.
