City to hold public hearing on 2019 budget
Lawrence leaders set a Tuesday public hearing as the City Commission reviews a 206.5 million 2019 budget. The plan maintains a 33.279 mill levy, raises water sewer and storm rates, funds 69 million in capital projects, and adds sidewalks, a new bus hub, automated meters, and downtown cameras.
