Lawrence Ordinance Tightens Auctioneer Licenses and Fees

Ordinance No 63 amends Ordinance No 5 on auctioneers. It requires a city treasury payment of seventy five dollars for six months or one hundred twenty five dollars for a year before issuing a public auction license, with no shorter than six months. The ordinance takes effect after publication. Approved August 4, 1830.
