Lightning Strike Injures Five At Rural School
Five 11 year old boys were knocked unconscious and burned when lightning struck the floor of a two room school in Livingston Tennessee during a 10 minute storm. More than 60 other children suffered shock as the bolt struck an oak tree within three feet of the building and followed into the room tearing the floor. Two teachers and a passing motorist gave first aid before transporting the victims outside.

Officer Kills Self Topeka Police Veteran Dies At Home

P-38 Crash Near Chanute Kills Pilot
