Parasite linked to deformed frogs in new Science studies

Sex ranked over jobs in US attitudes survey

A Washington based survey shows that sexual satisfaction ranks higher than job satisfaction but lower than family money and religion among American adults. Ninety nine percent consider loving family relationships important or very important, with 82 percent deeming a satisfying sex life important and 86 percent valuing religion. job satisfaction trails at 79 percent.

Survey finds gender blame patterns in sexual problems

A Columbia NIH coordinated survey of 500 U.S. adults shows 47 percent think women are blamed more than men for sexual problems, 42 percent disagree, and among women 57 percent expect women to be blamed more while 37 percent disagree. Most would discuss issues with a spouse 53 percent, a doctor 30 percent, or discuss with friends or none.

Long-necked dinosaurs grazed ground level not treetops

Washington AP report summarizes a Science study by Michael Parrish and colleagues at Northern Illinois University. Using computer models of Diplodocus and Apatosaurus neck fossils, they found necks over 40 feet long could not raise heads more than about 9 to 12 feet, contradicting the view dinosaurs fed from high tree limbs. The study notes Sauropods weighed up to 100 tons, stood about 70 feet tall, and lived 200 to 65 million years ago.
