Trio bound for trial in high profile murder case

After a three day preliminary hearing judge Pokorny bound Roberts, Rayton, and McMillon over for trial. Roberts faces first degree felony murder and other counts with a $1 million bond. Rayton is charged with two counts of attempted second degree murder and felon in possession of a firearm, jailed on $1 million bond. McMillon faces one count of aggravated assault and a misdemeanor battery, held on $25,000 bond. Attorneys include Jennifer Chaffee, Michael Clarke, and J.C. Gilroy. The defendants will be tried together per the DA’s request.
