Delayed hearing in KU student's bank robbery case
Former University of Kansas student Jeffrey R. Cox faces three bank robbery charges for incidents in 2003. His pretrial motions hearing in U.S. District Court Kansas City Kansas was reset to May 10. Law enforcement also connected two men, Los Rovell and Roosevelt Dahda, to related counts, with arraignments set for May 3.

Trucker charged in fatal wreck faces hearing in May
A preliminary hearing for Van R. McHenry 46 of Dallas is set for May 13 in Douglas County District Court. McHenry faces one count involuntary manslaughter for the death of 19 year old Shawn Trager in a wreck April 13 on U S Highway 56 near Baldwin. He also is charged with driving under the influence and three counts related to drugs or alcohol.
