Emily V Berger 27, university of Kansas instructor in chemistry, died after an appendicitis operation at Christian hospital Kansas City. She graduated 1914, earned a master’s degree this year, and was to join Sigma Xi. She was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma and survived by parents Henry D Berger and three brothers. Funeral at Halstead with local faculty traveling there.
