HUN TROOPS CAPTURE THE LETTISH PROVINCES PROTESTS OVER RIGA DELAY
German and Battic troops seized Libau overthrowing the Lettish provisional government. Lettish reserve troops were surprised and disarmed. The city is now held by Germans.
