Bob Mathews was yesterday arraigned on the charge of attempting to assault a ten year old child. Police arrested him Thursday night and he was turned over to county authorities. A preliminary hearing was set for April 21 with bond at 750 dollars. He remains in the county jail awaiting the hearing. He had previously served a sentence in the county jail for the same offense.
